With our online platform we offer online access to a GP who can assess and create a plan using cutting edge treatments that work with your body, dispensed and discretely home delivered.

With Higeia the choice is always yours, we help you lose weight in a way that fits your lifestyle.

Simply click Get Started. You will complete a 5-minute health and lifestyle questionnaire, followed by scheduling a time to consult with one of our practitioners who will review and approve a custom treatment plan to suit you.

Getting healthy is a choice so we have given you the choice of what treatment option you prefer. (subject to approval by our practitioner).

Higeia is a subscription-based service, your program is delivered discretely straight to your door, no waiting, no clinic visits or pharmacy visits.

Your choice of treatment. At Higeia we combine modern medicine with everyday support to help you lose weight in a safe and sustainable way. All our treatments are approved for use in Australia and are commonly recommended by GPs for weight loss and weight maintenance. However, due to Australian Therapeutic Goods regulations, we are unable to discuss specific treatment names until you have filled in your pre consult questionnaire and consulted with one of our GP’s. Our Higeia weight loss program is suitable for a variety of adults wanting to lose weight and improve health. Our GP’s will assess your suitability and create a custom treatment plan that will suit and help you achieve lasting results.

You will see results within the first 30 days with our Higeia program.

On average the majority of our patients lose weight within the first month, some see between 6 - 8kg of weight loss. Everyone is different so weight loss can vary.

We guarantee results. But if our Higeia program does not meet your expectations, you can cancel our treatment plan within the first 30 days of you receiving your first order and we will refund your first order as per our Terms and Conditions. Contact our support team at  with your request.

This helps your practitioner gain a deeper understanding of your medical and health status before you have your consultation. After you complete our questionnaire, you will schedule a consultation with one of our GP’s.

Our treatments are design to help you live life on your terms and make your own choices, the Higeia program works in with you and your lifestyle. You do not need to exercise or diet even though we do advise adequate nutrition, and exercise will help overall results.

The short answer is yes you can use our Higeia program whilst going to the gym or exercising. We do advise adequate nutrition and exercise as very beneficial to overall results, especially in maintaining healthy lean mass. Our practitioner can provide extra support on this please specify all your goals in your pre-consult questionnaire. Higeia can be a very strong tool whilst exercising.
